Puberty, Hygiene, and Middle School – I wanted to send a quick note for when students come in for in-person activities. We love this age, awkwardness, and all. However, please ensure that they bring a water bottle, deodorant (especially for PE Activities), and any additional feminine hygiene products they may need. They can keep them in a sling back or shoulder pack if needed.
    Reminders:
1)We have water fountains to fill up water bottles; it’s always good to stay hydrated.
    2) The main office and bathrooms have free feminine hygiene products and deodorant, if needed. But this is not an age where students like to ask for these things. So please help us out and make sure they leave with them.

  • Kelsey Peak Week at a Glance 9/2/25

    All,
We hope you had a fabulous three-day weekend and enjoyed the kickoff to college football’s season and some great weather. We are excited to see a lot of you this Friday.

Building Update: We are hosting Summit time this week at the new building, located at 3706 W 9800 S, South Jordan, UT 84009, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. (The old Walmart across from Elk Ridge Middle School) We are not there full-time yet, but we will have Summit there until we are. There is still construction on Bangerter, so please plan accordingly.

Back to School BBQ: We would like to host this event at the new building, so we are rescheduling it for later this month. We will let you know when we have a specific date confirmed. We appreciate your patience.

Week 2 Modules lock this Friday. If you are behind, spend some time catching up this week.

Summit Time: Friday, Sept. 5th, 10 am-1 pm. For those new to the School, SUMMIT is a three-hour block of time when students physically come into the building (optional) and engage in activities related to their middle school classes. These change each week and are hosted and led by different teachers for each session. Sometimes, teachers combine events or have connected activities to specific holidays, seasons, or academic skills. It’s an excellent way for kids to meet other online students and have some social time. We will have snacks available for the kids while they are here, and we are working on a new check-in process to keep track of who is in the building at any given time. Below is the schedule for this week.

Jordan Family Education Center: The Jordan Family Education Center provides support services and classes for families and students in the Jordan School District.
